Debbie
has worked with major organizations, start ups and non profits

Debbie is a Career and Executive Coach with 25+ years experience
in Human Resources, Career Transition, Training and Development,
Management, providing leadership,
consulting, coaching and counseling
to all levels within organizations.
In
her private practice and as a subcontractor to a large outplacement
firm, she has coached 1000+ people across the country to find
new career opportunities. During
her corporate experience and 7 years
of coaching she has
worked with people at every level and has assisted them in real
life problem solving.
Debbie's out-of-the-box thinking in moving
her clients forward is well regarded.
She has demonstrated ability to handle multiple demands with calm
competence, high standards of quality, discretion and integrity.
Before
starting her firm she was in Human Resources management at PSFS,
Advanta, and 4anything.com. Debbie has designed and delivered
numerous management training programs throughout the years.
Debbie's

survivor of 3 layoffs during her career, she has insight, creative
